Healthcare: Off the Record is a free digital platform where healthcare workers can share their experience of providing healthcare in Australia.
The good, the bad and the ugly.
It’s a place for truth, a place where frontline workers can share their experiences without fear of retribution. Nurse, Doctors, allied health, paramedics and radiology staff sharing stories of success, failure, pressure, burnout, joy, sadness and more.
Healthcare: Off the Record is not a place for blame, fear mongering or whistle blowing. It is a safe space for frontline workers to share their stories in a deidentified way so we can raise awareness around the pressures that healthcare staff face everyday. It might also be cathartic!
Good Crew scrubs are for healthcare workers. We know you. We see you. We hear you.

Healthcare: Off the Record provides a platform for healthcare workers to share experiences and discuss issues affecting the healthcare system.
Story submissions
By submitting a story, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience or perspective and that you are entitled to share the information provided.
All submissions are reviewed and approved before publication. Healthcare: Off the Record reserves the right to edit, generalise, de-identify, decline or remove any submission.
Privacy and anonymity
Contributors must not submit identifying patient information or confidential material they are not legally entitled to disclose. Reasonable efforts will be made to remove identifying details; however, complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed.
Publication and responsibility
Submitting a story does not guarantee publication. Published stories reflect individual experiences and opinions and may not represent the views of Healthcare: Off the Record or Good Crew Scrubs.
Contributors are responsible for the information they submit. Healthcare: Off the Record also retains responsibility for its own editorial and publishing decisions as required by law.
Removal requests and contact
Requests for corrections or removal of published content can be sent to goodcrewscrubs@outlook.com. Requests will be reviewed and actioned where appropriate.
These terms are governed by applicable Victorian and Australian laws. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
